NPM Remote Internship
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR functions and understanding how HR contributes to organizational success.
As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, data management, and administrative support. You will work closely with the HR team to learn and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support

Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.

Help screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status.
2. Onboarding and Orientation

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, induction scheduling, and welcome activities.

Prepare onboarding kits and ensure new employees have access to necessary resources and information.

Assist in conducting orientation sessions.
3. Employee Records and Database Management

Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems or spreadsheets.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all employee data.

Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics on attendance, leave, and recruitment.
4. HR Administrative Tasks

Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.

Support in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and HR events.

Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
5. Learning and Development Support

Coordinate logistics for training programs and workshops.

Maintain records of employee training and certifications.

Assist in researching training materials and best practices.
6. Employee Engagement and Communication

Help disseminate HR policies, announcements, and newsletters.

Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.

Support initiatives to boost employee morale and workplace culture.
7. Compliance and Policy Adherence

Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Help maintain documentation required for audits or compliance purposes.
