Position: HR Intern

Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for subsequent rounds of interviews.

Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates using various online platforms, job portals, and professional networking sites.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.

MIS Preparation: Assist in the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.

Social Media Management: Handle the company’s social media accounts, promoting the company’s brand, posting job vacancies, and engaging with potential candidates.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Note: This is an internship position. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources, with potential for full-time employment based on performance.
