1. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules
2. Support employee onboarding by preparing welcome kits, assisting with orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of new hire paperwork
3. Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs
4. Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture, improving processes, or addressing specific business needs
5. Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS and assist with HR administration tasks as needed
