Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring Hero: Recruit candidates who can help our company grow with their skills(experienced candidate) or energy (intern)
2. Culture Builder: Team up with the founder to create a vibrant and happy workplace. Lead activities that bring joy to our office
3. Engagement Expert: Inspire team members to make reels on Instagram because you want to do it. Plan photo shoots that capture the moment of our team because we have to upload on social media
4. Event Maestro: Organize short trips, restaurant parties, and weekend getaways, all fueled by the energy of our growing revenue. Host events that celebrate milestones, turning party planning into your second nature
5. Teamwork Timekeeper: Keep an eye on team dynamics - be the Sherlock Holmes of growth! Address concerns with charm and grace, maintaining a smooth working environment
6. Social Media Sorcerer: Turn downtime into prime time by creating captivating content

Qualifications:

1. Desire in HR and interest in content marketing
2. Communication skills sharp enough to cut through office banter
3. Creativity in mind
