As an HR Intern at Rent-par, you’ll gain practical knowledge in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy creation, and HR operations. This role is perfect for someone aspiring to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

•Support onboarding processes and orientation programs for new interns/employees

•Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality

•Assist with policy and procedure development

•Help administer benefits and respond to employee queries

•Contribute to planning team-building and employee engagement activities

•Support training coordination and maintain training records

•Participate in HR projects like performance management, diversity initiatives, and HR analytics

•Perform general HR administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and data entry
 

Eligibility & Requirements:
•Currently pursuing a MBA (preferably. HR specialization), or Bachelor’s degree holder with Prior experience in HR- related roles (internships/freelance/ volunteer), or Strong interest and. willingness to pursue a career in HR.

•Basic understanding of HR concepts and employment laws

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•Highly organized and detail-oriented

•Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

•Good interpersonal skills and team spirit

•Self-motivated and eager to learn
