Job Description

1. Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.

2. Write and manage job postings and collaborate.

3. Review applications and conduct phone or video screenings to shortlist candidates.

4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

5. Provide application status updates, conduct reference checks, and extend offers or rejections.

6. Assist with contract preparation, orientation scheduling, and collecting necessary documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

7. Maintain candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.

8. Track recruitment data, help prepare reports, and participate in career fairs or recruitment events .

9. Connecting with various companies for their hiring needs and also conduct campus drives in various engineering and management colleges all over India.

10. Ready to travel with the team.

11. Should be excellent in communication (English compulsory).
