Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about HR processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Source potential candidates through online channels and professional networks.
Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documents and assisting with orientation programs.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
Handle general HR administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling and communication with candidates.
Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Support HR compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies and recruitment best practices.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with a passion for recruitment.
