About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our recruitment team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and exposure to corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Participate in initial HR calls and candidate assessments when required.
Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation..

Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or Psychology).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
