We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Graduate to join us as an Intern. The role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions including employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and learning & development. This internship is designed to give practical experience in managing HR processes in a global organization, enabling the intern to build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
Support in preparing induction materials and coordinating with new hires.
Facilitate documentation and HR system updates.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
