Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech, content, product, and other teams.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless employee integration.
Performance Management
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Coach managers on feedback, development planning, and performance improvement.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with the company’s mission.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and team-building events.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, policies, and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
- Promote continuous learning aligned with EdTech innovations and company goals.
Policy Development & Compliance
- Draft and update HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries and conflict resolution.
