About the internship
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Handle basic employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:
Update employee records and support HR program administration.
Contribute to maintaining HR databases.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and assist in organizing workshops.
Contribute to employee skill enhancement initiatives.
Compliance:
Learn and stay informed about labor laws.
Assist in HR audits to ensure compliance.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Contribute ideas and support initiatives for diversity and inclusion.
Assist in fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a HR, Business Admin, or related program.
Strong interest in HR with excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
