HR INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duration : 3 months

Location : West Tambaram

EDUCATION : MBA in HR B.com , BBA

Roles and Responsibilities
▪️Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
▪️Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
▪️Assist in new employee orientation and documentation.

▪️Updating employee records and Maintaining employee databases and files
▪️Reviewing resumes and CVs to identify qualified candidates
▪️Posting job ads: Creating and managing job advertisements

Requirements
▪️Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
▪️Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
▪️Proficiency in Microsoft Office
