Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various human resources functions. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.

Maintain employee records and update HR systems with necessary information.

Help in the coordination of employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.

Provide support in drafting HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
