We are in search of HR Intern for one of our client.
Job details:
Job Role: Intern Full time
Job duration: 2-3 months Intern cum training (based on performance will be hiring Permanently).
Required qualification: MBA HR or any graduates
Location: Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions.
· Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs.
· Get involved in hands on recruiting profile.
· Create and maintain database of potential Clients and candidates.
· Should have sound knowledge on end to end recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates.
· Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
· Excellent skills on MS Office tools.
