Job Description
Stipend : Rs 5,000/- to 8,000/-
Interested candidate can share CV on Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates using Linkedln, Boolean searches, and job portals
2. Identify and engage passive candidates for open roles
3. Review resumes to assess relevant skills and qualifications
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate culture fit and basic role alignment
5. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
6. Ensure a professional, smooth, and friendly interview experience
7. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
8. Manage multiple interview rounds across different time zones
9. Assist in creating content for LinkedIn and the careers page
Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any related field
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Boolean search techniques is a plus
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and interview schedules
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
