Job Description

Company Name: Universal Advisors
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Designation: HR Intern
Experience: Fresher
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 6000 - 8000 per month

**Note: Depending on performance we can hire for a full time opportunity

Requirements:
Must be a graduate. (Specialization in HR preferred)
Must have basic knowledge of various HR processes

Job Description:
End to end recruitment -
Identifying candidates,
Calling and setting up interview rounds
Candidate Follow-up
Ensure TAT is achieved for recruitment
Payroll and Attendance Management
Calculating correct attendance for every employee.
Using HRMS software, payroll calculation.
Documentation and Verification
Post Interview, candidate documentation and follow-up
Verifying the documents
