 Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and screening.- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.- Review resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection updates, and joining formalities.- Prepare offer letters, internship agreements, appointment letters, relieving letters, and internship completion certificates.- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, recruitment trackers, and employee databases.- Support onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR documentation.- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining company policies.- Coordinate with team leads and management to support HR operations.- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.- Freshers are welcome to apply.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Workspace.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.- Responsible, organized, punctual, and professional.
 Stipend Policy
The internship offers a performance-based stipend, which is not fixed or guaranteed. Eligibility and any payment will be assessed according to the company's communicated performance, attendance, discipline, contribution, and evaluation criteria.
