Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Help maintain HR records and databases.
- Participate in organizing training and development initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in conducting HR research and preparing reports.
- Handle basic HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
