Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, gain hands-on experience in HR processes, and assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support:

Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and company website.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.

Assist in the orientation process for new hires and ensure they are properly integrated into the organization.
2. Employee Records Management:

Maintain and update employee records in the HR database and physical files.

Assist with the documentation of employee leave, attendance, and performance reviews.

Help track employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
3. Employee Engagement and Communication:

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events, wellness programs, and social activities.

Support the communication of HR policies, company updates, and announcements to employees.

Help gather feedback from employees through surveys or informal discussions to improve workplace satisfaction.
4. HR Administrative Support:

Assist with the preparation of HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal meetings.

Help organize and maintain HR files and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Support HR team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
5. Training and Development:

Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

Assist in tracking employee training and development programs, ensuring timely completion of mandatory courses.

Help with preparing training materials and session feedback surveys.
6. Payroll and Benefits Administration Support:

Assist the HR team with data entry for payroll, employee benefits, and compensation.

Help gather the necessary documentation for benefits enrollment and claims.

Answer basic employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
