Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job postings, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications to determine their fit for specific roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates' qualifications and interview performance.
Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and other terms of employment as needed.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
