About the internship
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? Zealeye.AI Tech Solution is seeking a dynamic HR intern with a strong command of English, proficiency in MS-Office, recruitment skills, HR analytics, problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and a passion for employment engagement.
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in analyzing data and creating reports on employee engagement and retention.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving employee satisfaction and performance.
4. Assist in onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and explaining company policies.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and updating databases.
6. Act as a liaison between management and employees to address any HR-related issues and concerns.
