We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure across core HR functions. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition-
Assist in sourcing resumes from job portals, LinkedIn, and databases

Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules

Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
-
Support offer letters and on-boarding documentation
-
Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
-
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-
Support attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
-
Help in drafting basic HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation)
-
Assist in HR policy documentation and updates
-
Support compliance-related documentation (PF, ESIC, POSH – exposure only)

Help organize employee files and statutory records
-
Support employee engagement activities
-
Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and HR communication
-
Coordinate training sessions or internal HR initiatives
-
Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent

Freshers / Final-year students can apply

Basic understanding of HR concepts

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative
