Are you a motivated and passionate individual to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources? Join our team at ZET company as an HR intern and contribute to our dynamic and growing organization. As an intern, your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making offers and joinees, including bulk hiring requirements.
HR Operations Support: Assist in maintaining our HRMS and ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
Employee Assistance: Provide timely support to employees and stakeholders, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to creating a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, including preparing and analyzing performance data.
Onboarding and Exits: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and manage the exit process for departing employees.
Requirement
MBA from a reputed college is preferred
Strong communication skills in Hindi are required to effectively interact with candidates
A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
