Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:

Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala) and social media to identify and source potential candidates for various roles.

Screen resumes and applications to match required qualifications and experience.

Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
2. Initial Candidate Screening:

Conduct telephonic or video screening interviews to assess candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.

Evaluate candidate fit based on job description and share shortlisted profiles with the recruitment team or hiring manager.

Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates for confirmations.
3. Recruitment Coordination:

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards and the company career page.

Send interview invites and reminders to candidates.

Update tracking sheets, applicant status reports, and recruitment dashboards regularly.

Maintain organized records of hiring activities and feedback.
4. Candidate Experience and Communication:

Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Follow up with candidates post-interview and maintain a good candidate experience.

Share feedback and keep candidates informed on the status of their applications.
5. Employer Branding (Optional):

Assist the HR team in promoting job openings on social media and professional platforms.

Create basic content (text or visuals) for company HR events, intern testimonials, or recruitment campaigns.

Support campus hiring or virtual job fairs if scheduled.
6. Learning and Development:

Learn recruitment lifecycle and HR tools (ATS, HRMS, or Excel-based tracking).

Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and recruitment planning activities.

Gain exposure to other HR functions like onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation (optional based on availability).
