NPM Remote Internship
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and hiring teams to understand staffing needs, identify suitable candidates, and help ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.

Screen resumes and applications to match job descriptions.

Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and applicant database.

Draft and post job descriptions on portals and company platforms.

Follow up with candidates and provide status updates throughout the hiring process.

Assist in onboarding activities such as collecting documents and coordinating joining formalities.

Support HR team in employer branding activities or recruitment drives (campus/job fairs).

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
