We are hiring for HR Interns in our company.
Industry - Real Estate
Location- Baner Pune
Experience- 0.6 - 1 Year
Notice Period- Immediate Joiner
Work Mode- WFO
Roles & Responsibility:
· Talent Acquisition: Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Site Operations.
· Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media to build a pipeline of real estate professionals.
· Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing internal events and employee recognition programs to maintain high morale.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms.
· Mindset: Ability to handle the high-pressure, target-driven nature of the real estate industry.
