Responsibilities and Duties

Sourcing & screening the Profiles Client Interaction.
Handle End-to-End Recruitment cycle.
Develop sourcing strategies Identifying& sourcing talented professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, head hunting, competitor mapping, existing database etc
Map the market for availability of resources.
Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.
Coordinating interview, follow up with clients and candidates entering all activities in database in a timely manner.
Negotiating on Notice Period and Compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks.
Responsible for candidates joining.
