About the Role:
Participate in Company onboarding and requirements gathering of open positions. Sourcing and follow-up with candidates.
Connect with candidates to understand their work experience, role expectations, communication skills, and document the same.
Collaborate and maintain candidate data. Work on multiple open positions.
Recommend relevant candidates for parallel open positions.
Shortlist and share profiles with companies, coordinate for interview scheduling, and get feedback from the interviewer. Proactively communicate with candidates.
Coordinate with candidates and companies at the offer stage and help in reaching win-win situations in salary discussions.
Follow up and communicate with candidates till they join the company
Post Candidate joins follow up for feedback on Organisation experience

Expertise in Software Technical Hiring
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Skills that will give you an edge:
Exposure to Computer Science in college
Hiring experience in Software Product or Software R&D companies.
