Overview: As a HR IT Recruiter at our organization, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to HR recruitment, offering hands-on experience in IT recruitment processes and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other online resources to source potential candidates.
- Assist in creating job postings and advertisements to attract IT professionals.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
Interview Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates and coordinating interview logistics.
- Prepare interview materials and communicate interview details to candidates.
Candidate Assessment:
- Support senior recruiters in evaluating candidates' technical skills and suitability for specific roles.
- Learn to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with organizational values.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates for the recruitment team and management.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of IT recruitment processes and practices.
- Learn about IT terminology, industry trends, and job market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
