Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. The HR IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions, ranging from entry-level to senior roles, across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, and more.
This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, source top talent, assess candidate skills and culture fit, and manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment experience, a keen understanding of IT profiles, and a passion for matching the right talent with the right role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End IT Recruitment

Understand job requirements and technical skills needed for various IT roles by consulting with hiring managers.

Prepare and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and company websites.

Source candidates using various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on required experience, skills, and location.
2. Technical Screening & Evaluation

Conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.

Coordinate technical assessments or coding tests in collaboration with hiring teams.

Discuss job roles, responsibilities, salary expectations, notice periods, and relocation possibilities with candidates.
3. Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews with internal panel members and follow up to ensure timely feedback.

Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the interview process.

Assist in organizing multiple interview rounds – technical, managerial, HR, and client-facing (if applicable).
4. Offer Management & Onboarding

Negotiate salary and benefits, and manage offer roll-out in coordination with HR or compensation teams.

Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining confirmation.

Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth joining processes, induction, and compliance checks.
5. Candidate Relationship Management

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Engage with passive candidates to build long-term relationships.

Maintain a strong candidate experience by providing regular updates and feedback.
6. Reporting & Analytics

Maintain accurate and updated data on applicant tracking systems (ATS) or Excel trackers.

Generate weekly/monthly hiring reports on position status, sourcing effectiveness, hiring cycle time, and pipeline health.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, source effectiveness, cost per hire).
