Job Summary
HR is responsible for the Talent
Management within the organization. The person will be responsible for
Identifying high performers through formal appraisals and informal occasions. Creating
a reward and recognition process to keep the energy high. Identify bottlenecks,
area of improvement, concerns of low or non-performers and build plan on how to these. Create and conduct effective training programs to continue
encouraging and improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Induction process handling on new joiners showcasing the career growth plan and setting clear performance objectives and company guidelines.
· Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
· Acting as the go-to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
· Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
· Create assessment plans (KRAs) for each employee and closely monitor and track
· Conduct one-on-one sessions with the Employees to get a pulse check of the organization
· Conduct periodic team meets, Townhalls and other events to get a sense of the progress of the team and concerns.
· Identify concerns of low or non-performers and create a plan for addressing the same to improve or exit.
· Creating and running an effective reward and recognition program to encourage talent, new ideas and contributions.
· Contribute positively to build the culture within the organization
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Prior experience in building small teams, working in startups would be preferred.
· Strong on ownership and ensures completion of any assignment and strive to meet quality and timelines.
· Should be plan and timeline driven requiring minimal follow-up.
· Should be driving the process rather than overseeing it or playing a backbencher role.
· Strong on people management and approachable.
· Strong in logical thinking and problem-solving approach.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn and apply and contribute to the organization.
· Self-starter and focused and takes initiatives.
· Passionate about people and high on energy.
