Responsible for Training program coordination with both internal and external trainers, Preparing the HR MIS Reports for HR Manager  

Responsible for documentation from offer letter to Relieving letters of employees.

Responsible for the Induction program of the employees. 

Assisting for the monthly payroll process and Leave management. Handling the Statutory compliances like ESI. PF, PT, etc.

Responsible for Employee grievance handling.

Responsible for Employee engagement in the plant.Handled the Supervision of Canteen, crèche, Housekeeping etc. 

Handling all issues relating to the Full and Final settlements. Responsible for Time office and Security.

Handling all issues relating to the Contract labours. 

Conducting workers Meeting, To Conducting Counseling Programmers Preparing Wages & Muster Roll form 2 Conducting statutory audit and verification of Register &Returns for contractor/security agency /Housekeeping under various Acts. 

Handling Inspection and providing records of registers and other documents.

To Maintain the statutory Compliance records. 

Med claim /Employee Insurance handling. 

Handling Statutory Compliances, Biometric Machines installations and implementation.

Mpower Software installations and implementation.
