Dear candidate,
- We are looking for a recruiter with minimum 0-3 years of experience who can join us within week or so as freelancer purely on commission basis for all IT/non-IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preliminary screening of Resumes.
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
- Shortlist prospective candidates for our clients for Entry Level jobs in Non- IT/ITES Industry.
- Co-ordinate with the potential candidates to schedule them for the Interview.
- Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook and other available online forums.
- Should conduct market research on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions.
- Should be good at identifying relevant profile matching the JD provided.
