Job Description
(a) A key role for the growth of the organisation, with focus towards hiring the best talent, identifying human assets within the organisation with the objective of retention. Other HR functions such as PMS, Joining formalities, Induction, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Exit, policies & process implementation are few other areas of HR which too need to be managed by individual
(b) Supports the Finance function along with the consultant/vendor to ensure smooth monthly audits of cash in-flows, cash out-flows, out-standing payments, recovery, invoicing, costs, reimbursements etc.
