Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR Executive team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to grow their career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and junior roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Help organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring events.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring strategies and employer branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (internship experience considered).
- Familiarity with ATS and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
