Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to handle end-to-end Human Resources functions. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while ensuring a positive work culture and smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Support payroll and attendance management processes. Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. Assist in performance management processes and training initiatives. Coordinate with management to support organizational goals and HR strategies. Requirements:
MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or related field (freshers or experienced). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and recruitment practices. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
