Job Description
Conduct comparative benchmarking studies on HR policies (e.g., leave, compensation, hybrid work, diversity) across industry peers
Assist in drafting and revising internal HR policies aligned with labor laws and best practices
Support audits of current policies to identify gaps and recommend enhancements
Help prepare presentations and reports for leadership based on research findings
Collaborate with various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads

Maintain a database of qualified candidates and ensure timely hiring as per business needs

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job roles and requirements

Conduct reference and background checks
2. Onboarding & Orientation:
-
Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
-
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts
-
Ensure smooth joining formalities, ID issuance, and system access
-
Introduce company policies, culture, and organizational structure
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
-
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and feedback

Support employee engagement activities, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and wellness initiatives

Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition data
-
Mediate and resolve basic interpersonal conflicts or grievances
4. HR Administration & Compliance:

Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies)

Track attendance, leaves, and working hours using HR software
-
Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement

Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
5. Performance Management:

Assist in organizing performance reviews and feedback sessions

Help managers and employees with goal setting and KPIs
-
Track probation periods and confirmation processes
6. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and arrange learning sessions, workshops, or webinars

Coordinate with trainers or third-party vendors for employee skill development
