Job Summary: The HR Manager will be a dynamic team player and ensure that a full range of operational HR Services is provided. The job holder is expected to be a strong business partner and help to develop the organization.The HR function at IGS aims to help shape the organization by enabling the company to attract, develop, engage and retain its workforce to ensure that IGS India meets its vision. Major Duties:-
1. Accountable for building and driving execution of a holistic people Strategy for business, spanning people development and engagement, culture, talent management and overall organization development.2.Managing the recruitment process, including building relationships with universities and external agencies to hire top talent.3.Contributing to the annual HR plan and overseeing various HR functions like employee relations, performance management, and talent planning.4.Utilizing digital channels and social media for effective talent acquisition.5.Supporting accurate and timely payroll processing.6.Delivering HR programs that enhance employee and manager capabilities, performance management, and employee relations. Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business and then build and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable retention.7.Compliance: Role model complaint behavior and for segments, collaborate with appropriate groups to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration, benefits and welfare administration and ensure that this is conducted efficiently.8. Sourcing & screening the CVs from job Portals.9. Coordinate with the candidates at the time of interview. Line up the candidates for final round interview with the Director.10. Responsible for end to end recruitment services , Sourcing, screening, validating candidates as per requirements. 11. Meeting revenue goals for the business unit and adhering to defined quality parameters.12. Maintaining a candidate database and following up with candidates until their joining process is complete.
