Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews, ensuring we discover top talent for our team
2. Support the onboarding process, preparing employee documentation and conducting orientation sessions to create a smooth transition for new hires
3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available
4. Collaborate with team members to organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting and editing documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating training sessions
7. Contribute to HR projects as assigned, such as performance management evaluations or employee satisfaction surveys, helping us continuously improve our practices
