Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment & selection processes for all open positions with good negotiation skills
2. Follow the defined process of hiring qualified job applicants for open positions within the stipulated period and match targets & deadlines
3. Design and update job description
4. Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM jobs, internal references, etc.)
5. Liaise with the hiring partners to source relevant profiles within stipulated timelines
6. Assess resumes, pre-screen shortlisted candidates, and select suitable candidates for technical interviews
7. Complete reference and background check for new joiners
8. Maintain hiring tracker, generate weekly MIS report about recruitment
9. Maintain a database for recruitment position-wise
10. Deliver crisp insights on the hiring trends
11. Onboard and induct new joiners
12. Gather inputs on training needs analysis for the organization
13. Plan and execute a structured training calendar across the organization
14. Coordinate the interview process with the technical team, and document feedback
