- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain market competitiveness.
5. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs and design development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.

6. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports on hiring trends, employee turnover, and workforce productivity.
