Job Description

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization
MBA (HR); Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
3 - 5 years out of which at least 2 years as Manager, HR; due consideration will be given to well qualified and deserving candidates who have the necessary experience and capability to head the HR department, who may not have worked as Manager, HR.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems. Better than average written and spoken communication skills.

Recruitment & Selection; Organizational departmental planning; Performance management and improvement systems
Organization development; Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees; Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment and training
Employee Engagement & Regional Grievance Resolution; employee Relations; Employee Exit Formalities; Compliance of statutory requirements under various labour laws; Admin & Vendor Management
Formulating new or updating existing policies on a need basis and documentation; Knowledge of and exposure to ISO requirements and audits; Compensation and benefits administration
Payroll activities; Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; Employee counselling etc.
