· MBA - HR with Min. 4 to 5 Years of Experience as Manager (HR Generalist) in Manufacturing Industry.
· Responsible for Performance & Rewards Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Planning Reward & Recognition, Employee Motivation & Retention.
· Set up HR Department & HR Policies & Process Improvement through Innovations.
· Formulation & Implementation of HR Systems, Policies & Workflows for HRO Performance Management, Talent Management, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance & HR Generalist.
