Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling the recruitment/new hire process.
- Screening resumes through job portals.
- Performing telephonic or face to face interviews with candidates
- Talent Acquisition, Employee retention, Performance Management, Business Partnering, Employee Grievances, documentation for joining formalities, Exit Formalities, Leave & Attendance Management.
- Forming strong end to end policies, joining letters, exit letters, salary annexures, maintaining rules and regulations on the operation floor, make employees work in discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent command over English language
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent command over English language
- Must be able to represent company on next level meetings and present the idea on behalf of the company
- Good knowledge of MIS reports, data management and employee handing
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Team Player & motivator with sound interpersonal and analytical skills.
Experience (in years) required : 1-2 years.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
