Looking for an experienced and dependable HR manager adept at problem-solving and with amazing interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling the recruitment/new hire process.
• Screening resumes through job portals.
• Performing telephonic or face to face interviews with candidates
• Talent Acquisition, Employee retention, Performance Management, Business Partnering, Employee Grievances, documentation for joining formalities, Exit Formalities, Leave & Attendance Management.
• Forming strong end to end policies, joining letters, exit letters, salary annexures, maintaining rules and regulations on the operation floor, make employees work in discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent command over English language
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent command over English language
• Must be able to represent company on next level meetings and present the idea on behalf of the company
• Good knowledge of MIS reports, data management and employee handing
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Team Player & motivator with sound interpersonal and analytical skills.

Experience (in years) required : 1-2 years.

Salary : ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
