The following duties and responsibilities:
· Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
· On-boarding newcomers to the company with needed experience & abilities.
· Determining suitable salaries , incentives and remuneration
· Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
· Developing adequate induction and training
· Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
· Managing succession planning of staff
· Scheduling holidays, pay loads, attendance & validating of documents
· Assisting with the performance management and review process
· Resolving conflicts & maintaining continues process & co-ordinations between all departments.
· Plan outings & group activities.
· Looking after requirements of staff & office ,
· Induction , Providing pay slips & co-ordinating with accounts
HR Manager- qualifications and requirements
· In a highly people-focused role, a HR Manager should detail the need for an individual with strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. It is also essential that they are up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.
· Very presentable & up to date, punctual & honest (No jhole personality)
· Education is a key component for this role.
· Knowledge about Media, Infotainment, Entertainment, Advertisement-ADMAKING, Events & Management
· A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business but Masters preferred would not be necessary, along with previous experience in the HR field is must especially in recruitment.
Work cycle:
Working days:
· 11.30 PM to 8.30 PM or 13.30 to 10.30 pm (9Hr- shift) (Any one)
· Monday to Friday, Saturday- Half day: Weekends off.
· Alternative Saturday off, National holidays off, three medical paid leaves in a month.
· 6 months’ probation compulsory, Salary & incentive hike after probation.
· After probation, 10 day paid leaves, 10 Medical leaves off, Maternity leave, and work from home option.
· Immediately joining & Age : 24 to 40 age only
Salary package:
· 360,000/- to 420,000/- Cost to company (CTC), can be negotiated as per experience & efficiency
· Overtime per hour ctc 350 to 450 margin as per salary offered.
· 1% incentive of total dept target close-in
· Office related travel will remitted to salary
· After Probation, 20% salary hike , 1% increases in total targeted close -In
· Documents to carry: Updated CV, A formal passport size picture , Any valid government document.
