- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Fresher
- Salary: Rs.8000 - Rs.12000 per month
Job Description:
- Good communication skills both verbal as well as written.
- Candidate should be fluent in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Draft required documents of Company and do other admin related work.
- Bill payment for any of the expenses of the company.
- Salary Calculation of Employees.
- Draft Payslip & Salary transfer/draft cheque to employees.
- Draft Appointment, Offer, Confirmation letter, etc. to employees.
- Draft mails to candidates and clients.
- Schedule interviews in case of any vacancy in the company.(Should be able to perfectly follow the process of Interview right from the time of screening till selection)
- Digital Marketing: Social Media Posting (as and when required)
- Raise invoice to clients after completion of a project and follow up on timely basis with them for the same
- Verification of the payment after the payment has come to the company’s account by online transfer or by cheque and update the same in the system.
- Create project ID of new clients and follow up with them.
- Gender: Females Preferred
- Only candidates available full time for a minimum duration of 1 Year can apply.
