Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Freshers with up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, payroll, and PF & ESIC compliance are welcome to apply.
1. Recruitment & On-boarding
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct on-boarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Process monthly payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and leave management.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations such as PF and ESIC.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and share feedback with management.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Plan and execute engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, team-building events, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage and update company social media pages and hiring platforms.
- Promote employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
- 0–1 year in HR (preferably in IT recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and HR tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Fixed day shift: Monday to Friday
