Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention programs.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.

Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

Lead employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.

Supervise HR staff and oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.

Monitor key HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
Hospital Experience is Preferred
Create and manage employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, birthday celebrations, recognition programs, and surveys.
Draft and update HR policies related to attendance, dress code, conduct, leave, confidentiality, and grievance redressal.
Manage orientation programs to introduce new employees to hospital protocols, patient care standards, and organizational values.
