we are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment,from identifying potential hire to interviewing and evaluating candidates.responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline,ultimately you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates ;advising managers ;and managing relocation and intern program.
- determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements,contacting recruiters,and using job sites
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- updates job knowledge by participation in educational opportunities ,reading professional publications ,maintaining personal networks ,and participating in professional organisations.
