Job Description

Responsibilites

Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queriesAdminister HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Assist in the recruitment process
Connect with recruitment agencies
Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.

Administrative task

Be responsible for incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails Handle office expenses under the approval of the director or finance manager
Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office
Responsible for the overall running of the reception operation
Make logistic arrangement including flights reservations, hotel and vehicle arrangement for project staffs, visitors/partners, donors, consultants, volunteers and interns
Conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the office
Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and electronic copies.

Skills

Strong administration skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, excelConfident, interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
Has influential skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
The flexibility and willingness to learn
